Would you like some physical activity while you are in Whitehorse? We have some great recreation facilities. Each offers different recreation equipment/services and are located in different areas of the city.  Please contact your facility of choice prior to the conference to ensure your recreation needs can be met.  As well, we have identified the location of the recreation facilities on the conference locator map to help you with your selection.

Hiking Trails

Whether you like to run full out or take a leisurely stroll the Millennium Trail, offers a great hiking experience. It winds along the Yukon River and features many popular attractions such as the Historic SS Klondike Sternwheeler, Centennial Bridge, Fish Ladder and the Whitehorse Dam to name a few. Please see the above noted locator map to assist you in finding the trail in relation to the various conference facilities. Should you choose to hike during your stay please be safe: Dress appropriately and let a fellow delegate or staff at the registration desk know when you expect to return.
